Q. I didn't receive the email verification and I've tried having it sent again and it still isn't coming in.
A. Please make sure that our domain and email address are in your "safe sender" list to ensure that the
emails from us are not blocked by your email provider's spam filters. One of the more aggressive spam
filtering services are those from Microsoft such as outlook.com, live.com and hotmail.com... If you are
using one of those services, please visit the settings and choose "safe and blocked senders" and then add
@nextsocialqueen.com to your list of safe senders and domains. This will help our email to get through to you.
Other email systems will have a different, but similar, way of adding someone to your safe senders list... please
do this for our domain on your system as well. If this doesn't solve the issue, let us know and we will try to
work with you to find a solution.
